Kevin Sullivan

Born in Brevard County, Mr. Sullivan has lived in several cities around the state of Florida and has resided in Volusia County since 1996.

After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the University of South Florida,
Mr. Sullivan attended Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale and earned his law degree in 1996. That year he accepted a position with the Office of the State Attorney, Seventh Judicial Circuit. After serving the office in the Juvenile and Misdemeanor Divisions, Mr. Sullivan was promoted to the Felony Division in 1999. As a felony prosecutor, Mr. Sullivan was responsible for all aspects of pre-trial case preparation through trial. He was promoted to Supervisor of the Narcotics Division and later, Assistant Division Chief of the DeLand office as a Senior Trial Attorney. In addition to his case load, as a supervisor Mr. Sullivan was responsible for the training and guidance of county court prosecutors.

After nearly eleven years as a prosecutor and gaining extensive criminal trial experience, Mr. Sullivan joined the Whited Law Firm
in 2007.
